The conference invites proposal submission on topics relevant to above mentioned areas. The proposal should be limited to 1 single-space page using 11-point Times-Roman font on 8.5x11 inch paper. Please state clearly your rationale, and the significance of your study, especially its contribution to the field, key questions and possible results. The submission should include contact information, i.e. author name, affiliation, telephone number, fax number, and email address.

Proposals will be accepted only by electronic submission through the conference website and will be reviewed anonymously by a conference review committee. In addition, the review process is the first screening for post-conference proceedings publication.
