In this day and age, our society is continuously faced with
new and challenging questions--whether political, ethical, or
economic. The areas of literature, authorship, and copyright are
no exceptions. The onset of the information age is placing an
even greater emphasis on these areas with the help of digital
computers. New issues and situations are challenging
conventional notions of authorship and copyright every day, and
the nature of literature itself.
