Braxton Shelley, T'12

Braxton Shelley is a freshman from Garner, NC. He is considering majoring in Public Policy Studies and minoring in Music Theory and Composition. Braxton graduated from Garner Magnet High School in Garner, NC, and was a student in the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program. He was fortunate enough to receive both a High School Diploma and an International Baccalaureate Diploma.

Up unto this point, his greatest honor has been receiving a Reginaldo Howard Memorial Scholarship from Duke University. Braxton enjoys being every part of being a Reggie. In his free time, he is consumed by music. He has served in many music ministry capacities at churches in Rocky Mount, NC and Durham, NC. He frequently travels as an accompanist throughout the state of North Carolina.
