How do you define leadership?
I define leadership as a quality that entails not only being in the forefront of a cause or organization, but more importantly, being extremely humble and sacrificial in all of one's actions and intentions.
I do practice leadership from day to day. For example, I am a part of three leading executive boards: Crazies Who Care, Students to Unite Duke (STUD), and Prism (the multicultural selective living group).
"Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,
but that we are powerful beyond measure.
It is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us.
We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant,
gorgeous, handsome, talented and fabulous?
Actually, who are you not to be?
You are a child of God."
