The Philadelphia Consensus Statement

The Philadelphia Consensus Statement was drafted after a national UAEM conference held at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA in October 2006 which Duke UAEM members attended.  It outlines many of the goals of UAEM.

By signing the statement, you show that affordable access to medicine in low- and middle-income countries is something you care about, and that you support the UAEM approach to this problem. Its important to show this support from the Duke community as we push for change at the university.
