Leslie Stolz

Leslie received her Ph. D. from Duke in March of 2001. Her focus of study while in the York lab was the INP5 dual-functional lipid phosphatases and their role in membrane trafficking with a special interest on suppressor screens focused at determining components of these pathways. The title of her thesis was"Genetic and Biologic Characterization of a Family of Inositol Poluphosphate 5-Phosphatases in Saccharomyces Cerevisiae".

Leslie is post doctoral fellow in Jim Tobin's group at the Genetics Institute. She is currently working on Type 2 Diabetes.
